The diversity of animal species is not the only impressive thing, but also the appropriate animations made for each and the separate models within each species. You will probably have noticed the occasional animal family strolling across the battlefield in Rome 2, or distant birds circling in the sky, but take a closer look and you can find an impressive wealth of detail CA has included in order to make their ancient world feel immersive and realistic.
